POV is for users aged 16 and above. No exceptions.

• If you're under 16, you're not allowed to register or use POV.
• Upon sign-up, you'll be asked for your birthdate to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.
• If you're under 18, we recommend letting a parent or guardian know you're using POV.

By signing up, you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that don't meet the age requirement, or that show signs of false age declarations.

We're all about positive energy only. That means:

• ✅ Respect your squad — No bullying, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• ✅ Keep it real — No fake profiles, impersonation, or spreading false info.
• ✅ Stay safe — Don't post or share personal info publicly.
• ❌ No sketchy stuff — No spamming, scamming, or anything illegal.

👀 See something off? Report it in-app. Our team reviews all reports promptly to keep POV safe and fun.

Break the rules? We might suspend or delete your account.

POV is built for simple, fun, and safe interactions. Here's how:

• ❌ No private messaging — You can't chat or send personal messages.
• ❌ No content posting — Only your profile picture is visible.
• ✅ Send POVs — You can send fun, pre-set POVs to friends. No custom messages.
• ✅ Get POV'd — Receive POVs from others, see your top POVs, and watch the leaderboard grow.

We keep things light, fun, and drama-free.

If you create a group — especially a public one — you're responsible for the vibe:

• You're accountable for the group's name, description, and the people you let in.
• If your group becomes a space for bullying, sketchy behaviour, or rule-breaking, we may disband it and take action against the creator and members.
• Public groups are subject to proactive moderation. Groups designed to target minors, share inappropriate content, or break our rules will be removed without warning.

When you upload an image to a poll, here's the deal:

• You own your content. Your images are yours.
• You give us permission to host, display, and deliver that content so POV actually works. We're not going to use your images for ads or sell them.
• You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you upload.
• We scan every image before it's visible to others. This is non-negotiable.
• We can remove content that breaks our rules without prior notice.
• When you delete your content or your account, your images are removed from POV, though we may retain copies where legally required.

You're responsible for your account. Keep your password safe and don't share it. If someone messes things up using your account, it's on you.

Want out? You can delete your account anytime from within the app.

We collect only the basics (like your username, birthdate, groups, POVs sent/received, and images you upload) to keep POV running smoothly.

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Store or read private messages (we don't have DMs)

If you're under 18, we handle your data with extra care in line with applicable data protection laws.

You can delete your account anytime.

We may suspend or remove your account if you:

• Break these terms
• Violate community rules
• Use POV in an unsafe or inappropriate way

We wish you well — but we have to protect the experience for others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You'll be notified in-app.

Continuing to use POV after changes means you're cool with the new terms.
