POV is strictly for users aged 14 to 18. If you’re under 14 or over 18, this app isn’t for you.

POV is built for simple, fun, and safe interactions. Here’s how:

❌ No private messaging — You can’t chat or send personal messages.
❌ No content posting — Only your profile picture is visible.

✅ Send POVs — You can send fun, pre-set POVs to friends. No custom messages.
✅ Get POV’d — Receive POVs from others, see your top POVs, and watch the leaderboard grow.

We keep things light, fun, and drama-free.

Your Account = Your Responsibility

You’re responsible for your account. Keep your 6-digit pincode safe and don’t share it. If someone messes things up using your account, it’s on you.

Want out? You can delete your account anytime in the "Edit Profile" section of the app.

Content: What’s Yours & What’s Ours

Your profile info and image belong to you. By using POV, you give us permission to use or display your content when needed to make the app work — like showing your name on a leaderboard or in top POV rankings.
We don’t claim ownership of your stuff.

Privacy & Your Data

We collect basic info (like your school, username, and POVs sent/received) to keep POV running smoothly.

We do not :

• Sell your data
• Store or read any messages (we don’t even have DMs)
• Share your personal info with other users or merchants (except your name during redemption)

E-Commerce Deals on POV

POV lets you buy and redeem deals from F&B merchants directly in the app.

Here’s what to know :

• You can purchase and track your deals easily.
• Your purchases and redemptions are private — no one else sees them.
• Merchants only see your name for redemption purposes.
• We don’t store your card details — payments are processed securely by our partners.

Billing & Fraud Protection

To keep transactions safe, we follow strict billing policies :
Billing Address Validation
Billing details must match the cardholder’s info. If not, we may cancel your order.
Order Verification
If your order looks suspicious, we may hold it for review and contact you. If we can’t reach you, the order may be canceled.
No Refunds for Stolen Cards
We don’t issue refunds for transactions made using stolen cards. If your card is used without permission, contact your bank immediately.

Termination (a.k.a. The Break-Up)

You can delete your account anytime.
We may suspend or remove your account if you:

• Break these terms
• Violate community rules
• Use POV in an unsafe or inappropriate way

We wish you well — but we have to protect the experience for others.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You’ll be notified in-app.
Continuing to use POV after changes means you’re cool with the new terms.
